Sheriff Rex
Sheriff Rex is well known on the world of Caladan. He grew up as a street rat getting involved with gangs to make a living. After several years of running the streets he got into debt with the gang controlling the Arena. Rex was offered a bailout by a local officer who knew Rex if he would serve the people instead. Rex chose to take his offer and exit this underworld. Rex completed police training and now serves as the Sheriff of Caladan protecting the people.
Appearance: Rex is 5'9'', shoulder length black hair with brown eyes. Rex normally wears a long duster coat with a flack jacket. He carries at least one revolver on his waste, more as a sign of authority. He wears what would resemble a cowboy hat but its clearly not animal hide and is designed to be worn in the rain and keep the water out of his line of sight.
Personality: Rex is rough but understanding. He knows that people will take advantage of others and lie to protect themselves and others. He is no jaded by the plight of the homeless or poor. Rex protects all those who wish to live peacefully or are forced into labor on Caladan.
