Emerald Blades
The Emerald Blades are an order of rangers and trackers found in the wilds of Duchy Carhyrst. They are a close-knit fellowship of wardens, that protect the lands and its inhabitants, humans and animals alike. Members of the Emerald Blades roam the land individually and only contact their brethren should they need council or assistance in matters beyond their capabilities.
Head of the Emerald Blades is an elf called Muiren Béiris. As the structure of this organisation is relying on the judgement of its individuals, Muiren's capacity as leader is purely representative and she will be the spokesperson at meetings. She will not issue, nor will the fellowship's members take, for that matter, orders. They are brethren, linked by a common cause and sense of integrity. They are not a military organisation.
