Halflings, Irhabini
As the Anakalath are different from their northern cousins, so are the Irhabini Halflings of Usefar. Not just in semblance, but even more so in character.
Irhabini are ferocious. The Irhabini call the rain forests, cliffs and mesas of the southern continent their home. They are lean and agile, athletic and fierce. Dressed in loincloths and armed with short and barbed spears they go hunting for local wildlife in packs. They are expert hunters, silent and deadly and are able to traverse the dense jungle with ease. This lifestyle is not without risks and many a hunter does not return to his family.
The Irhabini native to the Roushani Mesa have developed a hunting technique which seeks it's equal in all the world: They will go hunting mounted on flying raptors. The raptors are endemic to the cliffs and mesas and it is a rite of passage for an adolescent Irhabini to capture and tame his or her own raptor. If the young halfling succeeds he or she becomes a full-fledged member of the tribe.Culture

Beauty Ideals
Irhabini wear long dreadlocks, held together by a leather strap. The hair is occasionally adorned with a small carved bone or stone. Men and women alike wear loincloths most of the time and leave their chests bare, apart from the occasional leather strap.
Irhabini will paint their faces with coloured stripes won from plant pigments. The blue colour which is won from petals of the Vinbrini blossom is reserved for the tribe's hunters.
