Starting his early life as a mercenary Dapiran eventually struck out for himself. His greatest motivation being greed and wanting to have the appearance of effortless power. Taking easy jobs to start to easily overpower any obstacle with sheer power. he made it a point to recruit a wizard into his ranks to help with the image he wanted to build.
Now with a flourishing operation ran from his base Wispy Intentions. he can typicallly be found inside relaxing in the baths. While his subordinates go out and do work or extort locals for protection money.
