Alvitor the Leader of the Halls of magi, he is known as a wise and highly intelligent leader with a wide variety of spells at his disposal.
he did unlike other guild leaders not arrive with the first boats, hence why when he created his guild, it was many years after the other guilds were founded.

Those from the Continent of Celadon might recognize him as a traveling wizard roaming all over the continent, and all dragonborn with a proper uprising should immediately recognize him aswell, though they would most likely be split between awe and disapprovement.
