Rhi'zha (ri-saa)

A city of fairy tales, said to be the origin of the first spells, The homeland of all schools of magic, where Baccobs Magical abilities granted to mortals were refined.
Not much is known about the city, if it ever existed, no location or remains has ever been found.
One claimed survivor does however exist, Leomund the self-proclaimed wizard of Rhi-zha

If all magic originated at this impossible city, one does wonder, was it the mages own hubris that caused this magnificent place to vanish? That is if the place even existed in the first place
