The union

The union is the collective of all the merchants in the higher and lower district, where in a council is set to include 2 members from the high district and 1 from the lower.
currently the council contains:

Fastob: the owner of The Griffon's Emporium in the higher district.
Geyra: Geyra's magical armaments. also in the higher district.
Shammutu: Shammutu´s vault of the lower district.

when ever a matter needs to be disgussed the council gathers and after discussing makes a vote where the majority vote wins.
