Tia is performing at Philonius' Roaming Curiosities where they are part of a magicians duo called Miss V and Pyro.
Outside of showtime when the carnival is open for guests, they sometimes take on the persona of the fortune teller Madam Dusk when the real Madam Dusk is too sick to do her job.
They use a combination of their insight and their Detect Thoughts spell to tell the customers what they want to hear.
