Glitter

Glitter is a tiefling jeweler from Waterdeep. While visiting the Temple of the Restful Lily, he made a deal with the proprieters to be taller. Unbeknownst to him, the proprieters were a coven of hags named the Fetid Gaze. Glitter decided that the deal he made wasn't to his liking and tried to back out. The Gaze cursed him into the form of a kobold and made him work as their personal assistant.
After the battle at the Temple, Glitter stayed behind to rest and recuperate before returning home to Waterdeep.

Personal history

Glitter was a member of the Waterdeep Jewelers Guild, as well as an informant for one of the Masked Lords of the city. He came to the Temple of the Restful Lily wanting to be a few inches taller, thinking the extra height would prove advantageous when conducting business transactions. When he renounced the hags’ bargain when his new, taller form didn’t suit him, the hags’ curse transformed him into a kobold.
