C'meria

This subterranean city is hidden away from the rest of society and is spoken of only in rumours. Most of those who have been outcast or ostracized by society make their homes here. Tenigar worship is the most common here, though it is said that all kinds of devil worship occurs in this stygian place. The city is actually made up of three governing bodies- one of the Dark Elves, one of the Deep Dwarves, and one of the Deep Gnomes.
