I had met the eldest child of the Stagwood family during a goodwill endeavor to Lions Crest a month or two prior, she seemed very astute very well put together. I did not expect her to land on top of a dining tent and cause such a disturbance to the rest of the guests- the loud fellow maybe but she and the one who spoke so eloquently I did not calculate a high probability of this behavior. I must say though, I found it quite entertaining. I found myself studying the expressions and reactions of all of the others in attendance instead of really paying attention to the words that she was speaking although I’m sure they were important but the data that I was collecting during this time for future social directions is quite beautiful. For instance, during the entire time the woman with the papers did not stop speaking to the man she was following around all evening – something about how he was being too hasty in the commitments of some new associate – hmm I do not understand the business of coin. After the young Stagwood woman and her companions departed, there was a brief pause as people continue to observe and understand what just happened. Shortly after another one of the hosts the male Stagwood I believe called for a toast. These beautiful golden wine glasses we’re distributed among all the other guests and in a moment of social expectance they all took them. I was not offered such a class as I am often overlooked in crowds and next to the other delegates from the collective …. I am not as noticeable. There was a salute to a good party and all imbibed and proceeded to carry on and there was a little mention of the commotion. Even the elder Stagwood woman I believe seemed to transition from a face that was quite displeased to one full of smiles. I must collect more data. The mood of celebration returned as there was much more discussion about the very nice man being considered as a candidate for the council of the local government. While his knowledge of the arcane is consistent with a rudimentary understanding of those from this area of the region he did complement me on my coat which I thought was nice. On the way home I asked Pleasing Factor if proper social protocols were followed during that event and he insisted I leave him alone as he had quite a headache. I asked if it was from the wine that everybody enjoyed after the commotion, he said he never drank a drop. Curious. I did find this party to be very interesting experience, I hope to attend more parties with Warden again soon.
