Samuel

A local of Hazelden who is at the Stubborn Oyster when the Wardens come through. Samuel works with children afterschool and is a valued member of Over Town .

He had a cousin, named Rodrigo, who died by jumping off the cliffs of Hazelden (it was not clear if this was intentional or not).

He inadvertently starts the bar fight with the Wardens by making Myra upset when he call's their group "fucking tourists" and says that they think that they can fix everything by throwing money at it. This causes Myra to go silent and Raijun to rage at Samuel prompting the first blows being swung.
