Dia Maita Cemetary

Dia Maita Cemetary got its name from the Dia Maita Cathedral which it lies near. At first, only members of the Order of Dia Maita and their families were allowed to be buried there. Until in 487 AnCog, King Amatus Ermo, who was very religious and had been a member of the order before becoming king, was allowed to be buried there. Although this was very uncommon and even controversial at the time, all kings and queens have since been buried there alongside nuns, monks, and priests of the order.    While the whole of the cathedral is said to be haunted, the cemetery is believed to host the most ghosts. While there have been hundreds of sitings, most are believed to be the same few ghosts. One of the most common sitings is of an elderly nun called Mother Solemnia. She is said to be a peaceful and comforting presence and is typically seen by grieving congregants and children. Another oft-sited ghost is that of King Amatus Ermo. He is typically seen by soldiers and royals. Little is known about his ghost as those who claim to have seen him often speak little of the event. One man who did share more about his experience said that the ghost advised him on a difficulty in the man's life but asked that he not speak of it to others.
