The building looks a lot like an old house. In the center off Volubteam this is why the Monster Hunters guild had chosen this particular building. Also, it was the old Volubteam Tavern. The building on the inside has still the aspects of a tavern, the bar is used to make deals and the kitchen behind the bar is now used as storage for the many clothing and weapons. Upstairs are still some rooms, those are for the new Sailors who joined the guild but do not have a ship yet. The leader of the Guild, captain Euna Vertect a.k.a. The Siren. Also lives in the headquarters, so she keeps an eye on everything and keeps outside the watchful eye from the law, who still is looking for her.

History of the building

The old tavern lost his purpose when the town grew around it and many more taverns and Brothels where build around it. After the Monster Hunters were cut off, the Navy. The first group of the mercenaries found the place and fixed it up. Keeping the exterior and most of the interior the same, to be respectful of the building. In one of the bedrooms they found a trident and they saw that as a sign. That is why the Monster hunters are using a trident as a weapon of choice.
