If he could leave and live a successful life so could she. She is experiencing wonders on this adventure that she could have never imagined before.

This song requires an extensive deep dive into individual lyrics, but on a top-level, this song is here to represent the initial melancholy thoughts Serena has regarding her importance in the world (she is a vessel for her god’s divinity) which will change as she experiences more of life and creates her own light.
