Eldest daughter and professional advisor to Eloise Purstring, Drawmaster Chate (“Chat”) Atheron Purstring is a boisterous and fearless mistress of coin. Chate is equally at ease managing a mercantile expedition, gambling with dock workers, or entertaining royals at her villa in SiuBaronet. She is not a royal, but has married three of them, and has lost money on each. Nevertheless, her fortune grows with each year, seeles and wenders alike. She currently lives in the heart of the city, in a small apartment above a haberdasher on Minaret Street.
