The Blaustani were enslaved by giants until the Empire stepped in and saved them. Today, most Blaustani respects the Empire for its strength. But some mean that they only traded one tyrant for another. This is because a portion of Blaustani chooses to live like Imperials, slowly eroding the old ways. The fact that the empire can make any changes they want, makes some Blaustani talk of rebellion.
