Morovian Halfling

An offshoot of the common halfling, these halfings are not kind at all. They worship the darkness, perform ritual torture, sacrifice sentient creature and they hunt people for food. If you are lucky, you die in battle with these foul creatures. If unlucky you are tortured and eaten alive.
