Where to begin, really. Ozperians are a mixed bag. Most believe in the pursuit of excellence in everything they do. Most pick a chosen field and stick with it to the messy end. They rarely take the easiest route..Always the "most interesting" route..Maybe something cool will happen! They rarely think about safety..their own or others. Others just want to survive in the massive cities, and will steal, kill and worse to get what they want. Long before the discovery of "The Glow", Ozperians were Casmyrian settlers.
