This infamous guild is filled with those who love evocation magic a little to much. They have great power, but very little self control, and they are too important to dismiss. That is why the guild has a bad rep. Not ALL evokers in the guild are crazy pyros..Some of them are quite calm and collected...for an evoker, anyway...

The guild was formed because no single nation in The Concord can claim ownership of such an important faction. Straylor was annoyed that the guild is located in Dragon's Reach in Casmyr territory...But it was solved with a stipulation; the High Magister must always be from Straylor.
