Spirit Magic
Spirit magic, sometimes known as primal magic, is a rare practice usually found only in less civilized, tribal communities, typically Centaur, Kyn, Mahjur, and even some Human. The Fey are said to have once heavily utilized this form of magic, though abandoned it for a more direct approach through the Arcane.
To those who study magic, Spirit magic is typically considered to be the most convoluted practice for not terribly great result. While priests require simply faith and meditation, Spiritualists must seek out and befriend the often bitter or wounded entities of the world. In the most often case, a Spiritualist is born when one chances upon a spirit with similar sensibilities.
A Spiritualist attunes themselves to listening to the Mana, or more simply what they consider the World. Spiritualists learn magic through the spirits they contact.
Manifestation
Spirit magic tends to deal with runes, symbols, and totems. Their casters typically carry such objects around, placing them in carefully practiced positions as they recite their spells. Manifesting a spirit in the world requires the spirit to bond with the Spiritualist, often causing some degree of mental feedback.
