Magicule Rupture
Ah yes, the Magicule Rupture. Caused by the use of items, techniques or other actions way above ones rank. A most severe consition, leaving the part of the body which is used to perform the advanced action ruptured, clogging the Magicule flow, effectively leaving the host unable to use magic at all.
Causes
When a creature tries to execute magic way above its rank, The Meridian System has to exert massive amounts of energy, causing massive strain on the Meridian Points which can lead to cracks and later, complete rupture and breakdown.
Symptoms
When performing an action clearly not in the casters league, an increasingly sharp pain will manifest in the parts where the Magicules are the most dense. This destructive feeling will creep upwards towards the core of the Meridian System which will render the caster unconscious. The average time until they wake up is usually 2-5 days.
Upon waking up, the ambitious magician will be unable to wield magic in his profession for several years depending on the severity of the rupture.

Treatment
A Magicule Rupture is to be treated with utmost care. Fortunately, the Meridian Refinement: A Magicians Therapy has been recently discovered and is able to mend the broken Meridian Points. This method involves a heavily painful process of injecting low amounts of Magicules in the Meridians, mostly repairing them over the span of three Blessings.
Prevention
Magicule Rupture often occurs with highly ambitious, naive, or impatient creatures, biting off more than they can chew. It is common knowledge that a magical being should in no case as much as even fiddle with the thought of using Magicules more than three grades above their own.
