Lamashtu is the Mother of Monsters, the Malformed, and the Misshapen. She is the god of madness, monsters, nightmares, and ugliness.

Presence on Celasper: Lamashtu's' presence is particularly seen in the more hostile parts of the world. Her worship is practiced openly on the Jaw, and in parts of the Steppe, as well as in the centers of Gal-Toa and parts of Varisia. 
Midwifes in remote regions of the world often pray for her for the safe delivery of a child, a prayer often answered, at the cost of a deformity or a twisted destiny for the youth.
