Divine Power Rules
Every person is born with Divine Power.
Divine Power is like a bullet. By itself, it does nothing. However, when combined with a 'catalyst', a way to disperse said Power, will allow itself to manifest physically.
The Power of a God, and the Will of the User.
By pledging to a God, should the God accept that request one would be able to channel the God's power alongside their own Divine Power to do feats of what one would call 'Magic'.
This is not without consequence though. If one who has used all their Divine Power attempts to do more Divine Power... They risk mental harm, or going insane with the Power of the God.
Besides Spirit Gods, there is also Technology that allows for one to channel Divine Power into a 'catalyst' to manifest abilities. However, said technology are usually not only weaker, but also limited in usage as the technology has not been perfected yet to fully convert the Divine Power properly, often overheating after just a few uses.
Each Rank in Divine Power gives you 2 powers from each rank.
