Living across both continents, humans are the most common race in Celestialis. Over time, they've adapted to the contrasting environments of Selenara and Chrysantia, resulting in two distinct cultures: the Selens, known for their affinity towards nature and lunar magic, and the Chrysantines, who are adept at surviving in arid conditions and practice funeral rites that venerate Mortifera.
Humans primarily need stability and balance restored to their lands. The Selens and Chrysantines need each other's resources and knowledge to survive the contrasting environments they live in, making trade and mutual cooperation necessary. Both cultures, though distinct, view each other as misguided siblings — the Selens see the Chrysantines as too fatalistic, while the Chrysantines believe the Selens to be naively optimistic.
