Fire Plains

The Fire Plains are uncomfortably wedged between all other members of the Allucian Alliance.  Once a thriving populous of stout Halfings, the area has become a hotbed of racial tension.  Forced into the Alliance against their will, the halflings have been thoroughly subjugated by the High Elves of The Ether and the Dwarfs and have been committed to a life of labor.
The capitol, Shoun, has long been destroyed and the buildings left have been converted to housing for the workforce.  Many outside the Alliance question whether the subjugation of the halflings has been an act of cleansing by the Alliance but without insider information, no one can confirm this villainous libel.
