Tavros is the human son of Titus Hammerfall, the Elector Count of Stone's End, located at the base of the Shire Point Mountains. Growing up in the shadow of the mountains, Tavros was raised as the heir-apparent to Titus. However, his younger brother Hector, jealous of Tavros' position, trekked to the Empire of the Night in search of a powerful sorcerer. Successful in his quest, Hector enticed an evil witch to curse Tavros, forcing him into the form of a Minotaur. Without his humanly form, Tavros has been exiled from his homeland, with only his trusty companion and mentor, Coach, by his side.
