Divine Engineer is a relatively unknown and strange profession, which manages to archive the seeming impossibility of combining hard scientific facts with intangible religious believes into a well working and cohesive theory known as the "Divine Science".
By applying these hard to comprehend concepts on the material world they are able to bend or outright break the fundamental laws that keep reality together to their very will.
This in turn enables them to construct seemingly impossible objects such as the flying brick that is an Odelian Ark.

Given the headache-inducing mental construct, that is the Divine Science being a quick and lateral thinker is an almost mandatory prerequisite for becoming a "Divs", as their job requires them to often simultaneously think outside of the Natural Laws while at the same time strictly adhering to them.
Each Divs also has to possess a well-developed conscience and ability to feel guilt, in order to properly determine which part of the Natural Order they are currently breaking, as this is vitally important to determine the proper method of repentance for their crime against reality.
Furthermore, they should also be capable of showing actual remorse at a moment's notice, as while the whole point of the Divine Science is to get away scot-free with breaking reality itself, should a Divine Engineer get "caught", this ability is the only thing capable of saving their life.

The primary purpose of a Divine Engineer is the creation and maintenance of various technological items based on the concept of Divine Science, such as the "Cheat Engines" used in Odelian Arks.

While "Cheat Engines" run far more stable and safer than any kind of mechanical or arcane machinery in all of Cenorad if they for whatever reason malfunction -meaning accumulating too much Sin- they universally cause devastating consequences as reality doesn't take kindly to those that decide to stretch its rules.
Because of this, the threat of getting flat out erased from existence is a real occupational hazard for a Divine Engineer.
