Another wonderful strange and spooky species. How do they know? Is it a telepathy or hive mind connection? They have superior tech or arcane powers? They are not really addressed.
I am not sure I understood your first question correctly, but if you were asking how they communicate with each other the answer would be simple via sounds and gestures. As for their tech and arcane abilities, those are still under construction, so to be honest I myself currently don't know all that much about them ^_^
