Linros

God of Trade & Society

Linros is the god of trade and society on Centaria. During the creation of early society, Linros was instrumental in guiding mortals towards developing a trade and barter system as well as shelter plans. In current times he is often worshiped by tradesmen and city administration officials. Mayors and otherwise leaders of smaller cities/towns tend to be pledged to him as well, as his doctrines are often helpful to those in that position. While he does not have any celestial beings, he maintains a close relationship with his followers by being one of the gods with the highest personal presence on Centaria. The likelihood of any one person meeting him is still extremely low, but the chances are still better than most other gods.   Followers of Linros are expected to attend service at least semi-frequently, with sermons happening about every fortnight. His followers are not held to any specific moral standard, so long as their actions don't disrupt society in any meaningful way. To put it simply: a petty thief, liar, and/or aggressive person would still find themselves welcome in his churches, with some temples even being made inside prison facilities to accommodate them. Anyone who commits crimes and/or moral failings that cause distress to society as a whole - capital murder, assassination, political conspiracy, etc. - would find themselves on bad terms with Linros.   His symbol is an armillary sphere.
