Flock Rising Sun

Flock Rising Sun is a Large community of Aarakocra, Air Genasi, and Avariel within the Skypiercer Clans. They are led by the ambitious and charismatic Whirlwind, an Air Genasi who believes that the Skypiercer Clans need to adapt to the changing world and establish permanent settlements.

Flock Rising Sun has been attracted to the city of Festerfield, located on the floating Isle of Zephyr. The city is known for its bustling markets, diverse population, and strong defenses, making it an attractive place for the Skypiercer Clans to establish a permanent settlement.

Despite the attraction to Festerfield, Flock Rising Sun has faced challenges in their efforts to settle down. Many traditionalist Skypiercer Clans members, including those from Flock Falling Star and Flock Golden Sun, oppose the idea of settling down and see it as a threat to their way of life. In addition, Festerfield has faced attacks from various threats, including dragons and infernal forces, making it a potentially dangerous place to establish a permanent settlement.
