Soulsickness

Soulsickness is a condition that affects beings with multiple awakened souls within their bodies, often as a result of animantic magic, body part grafts or other similar procedures.

It occurs when the varied souls of different beings start to assert their own memories and personalities, causing the individual to remember the memories of their different past lives and for the personalities of the grafted souls to overtake the original soul of the individual. This can lead to confusion, disorientation, and even madness as the individual struggles to maintain their own identity in the face of these conflicting influences.
