Delta Clans uprising

Many generations ago when one of the large city/ kingdom’s, Trizar, ruled the four large clans in the Delta on Owhua. These clans called, Alpha Warriors, Moonstone Pride, Mist, and Oasis were treated as second class. Many of their women, and children had been kidnapped and taken to be slaves or play toys for the ruling elite. Many of their men crippled causing them to be unable to work. Medical was denied them when they had outbreaks of sicknesses. Anything that they did produced was taken from them and given again to the ruling elite. The army of Trizar would sometimes just randomly kill a clansmen for the fun of it. They were also known for many horrific acts against many of the women and children in broad daylight. Any that tried to put a stop to it was killed. This reign of terror lasted for just over 200 years. Just as these clans looked like they may disappear and large group of fighting warriors appeared. They were the young women and men from all four clans. These warriors had been hidden from the Trizar soldiers. They had been working together for the last 20 years creating and developing a fighting style to take down their oppressors. This style became known as Akaeju. They had four leaders one from each clan that the group had voted on.
Many of the other clan members looked at this new group as hope to break free of the terror of Trizar, however others figured that this would be just more bloodshed and cause them to be completely wiped out.
The group which came be known as The Guardians of Freedom, started to systemically free villages and cities of the Tizar soldiers. While the main group was neutralizing the soldiers another group was helping those who had been taken to over though the ruling elite that they had been slaved to.
For 5 years it was a bloody rebellion, the Guardians of Freedom striking from hidden places in the marsh, and woodlands taking out much of the Trizar army.
Then on a bright sunny early summer morning the slaves that the elite had taken rose up and fought back. Many elite were killed few were taken hostage while, the army leaders were taken hostage by their slave underlings. By that evening the four Master Guardian of Freedom, had arrived at the main Trizar city and held the king captive. They gave him a choice, let the four delta clans go and leave them alone or die a painful humiliating death. It took some convincing that they were serious before the king would listen.
In the end the Kingdom of Trizar lost much of its army, and leadership. Any that were of the Delta clans were finally free to go home. The Trizar Kingdom continued to shrink until present day it is only a city. That early summer morning is known in Trizar as the bloody morn, for how many of their elite had been killed.
On the other hand the Delta clans have regained and grown in their size. They however are very content to cultivate friendships and cultural exchanges with those outside of the Delta. Some other kingdoms, or large city-states have tried to take them over again and none have succeeded.
