- Named in Laws of incorporation, Terran Meritocracy Navy, this 'temporary' residence for all Navy Business eventually came to stand for all official Navy purposes, its name being used to refer to the Admiralty itself in most contexts.

First built as an outsized mansion, several wings have been added, several reconstructions have been attempted, but the only result so far has been a sprawling mess.
