Dietary Needs and Habits
Donkeys were well accustomed to eating grass or straw, requiring no separate fodder. However, they do enjoy any vegetables they can get. Sometimes have even been known to crew on the clothing of people nearby curiously.

They are often used to hull carts as a beast of burden, as a pack carrier instead of a steed but smaller creatures like Halflings will use them as a steed when a pony is unavaliable.
