Mosaic of Location

A magical mosaic map on the north wall can be used to scry upon any known individual or creature within the sewer, and a bent dagger sticks out of the wall next to it on the right.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Grasp the dagger sticking out of the wall next to the mosaic and speak the arcane words. The handle will have tiny needles that will go into the palm of the user, drawing blood. The user takes one point of damage. This activities the spell "locate creature". The mosaic will show the user the best route to take to get to the location of the creature at the time of using the item.

Significance

It was used by the druids of the mage guild to locate threats in the sewers of Brechlen and keep the city safe.
