Seer
This divine condition is the product of tragedy, but they are no victims waiting to be saved. As the condition progresses they start to gain control of their curse and make it a gift if they have the right supports in place.

It is gained through circumstances of tragedy.
Causes
A young child will be saved by a divine force from a tragic death. The trauma they witnessed, combined with the near death experience leaves them open to being a vessel for a divine purpose.
Symptoms
One or more of the following:
- Suddenly being able to speak Celestial
- Having visions of future and past events
- Seeing and hearing spirits
- Sudden permanent blindness
- Sudden permanent deafness
- Being overwhelmed with a suffocating, supernatural despair
- Others find you frightening and disturbing for no reason
- Unlucky
- Speaking in tongues
- Suddenly becoming withered, scarred or deformed
Treatment

- Finding ways to cope when it becomes overwhelming
- Some drugs can give some peace
- Strong support networks
- Slowly working with your curse to make it benefit you
Prognosis
This curse can drive others to target the victim and possibly killing them.
However if the victim works hard they can overcome their curse and gain a similar immortality to Elves. They will not die of old age and cannot be magically aged. However can be killed by disease and injury.
History
Typically a seer is chosen to have this condition to test a plane from the divine.
Some fail and some pass.
Cultural Reception
Anuire and Khinasi cultures view this as witchcraft and will kill the seer.
Ryvuen cultures may kill or not kill depending on how the curse is discovered. It could be seen as a sign of a Sharman or a witch.
Brecht and Vos cultures have no bais on this condition, but will alienate people with it due to the terrifying things it usually brings.
