Aberkeireann

The City-State of Aberkeireann is the home of the Roana people. The Roana are free-spirited, and not interested in expansion beyond their islands. They do, however, view the island that is controlled by Merk as being part of Aberkeireann by right, which causes some tension between the two nations.
