These reforms delocalised land ownership at the upper levels of society. Following theser reforms he holds estates in all tithings and all the tithars hold estates in Morton or Valton and at least four other tithings. Over the following decades some rejigging occurs between the tithars to reduce the amount of travel required but the basic intent is upheld and the Tithars are more willing to take a less parochial approach.
