Abyssal Choir's Lament

Abyssal Choir's Lament 6th-level necromancy Casting Time: 1 action Range: 120 feet Components: V, S, M (a shard of bone from an abyssal creature and a vial of tears) Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
This spell summons the sorrowful echoes of the abyss, unleashing a haunting lament that affects all creatures within a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range.
Upon casting, each creature in the area must make a Wisdom saving throw.
On a failed save: A creature becomes overwhelmed by despair, gaining disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws due to fear or charm effects for the duration. Additionally, each turn on its start, the creature takes 1d6 psychic damage as the lament erodes its will.
On a successful save: The creature is immune to the spell's effects but still hears the distant, unsettling whispers of the abyss, instilling a sense of unease.
While maintaining concentration on this spell, you can use a bonus action on your turn to move the center of the sphere up to 30 feet.
Aftereffects: Affected creatures might suffer lingering feelings of despair, with potential effects determined by the DM, such as temporary decreases in morale or a need for comfort and reassurance.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the radius of the sphere increases by 5 feet, and the psychic damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 6th.
