Chrono Warden's Paradox

Chrono Warden's Paradox

6th-level transmutation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Components: V, S, M (a broken clock hand and a drop of the caster's blood)
Duration: Instantaneous
When you cast this spell, you manipulate the threads of time around you, creating a brief but potent paradox. Choose one of the following effects when you cast the spell:
Rewind: You can immediately redo your last action, essentially taking two turns in one. This does not affect other creatures' actions or reactions and cannot reverse any damage or conditions inflicted on others after your last turn.
Pause: Time halts for everyone but you for 1 round. During this round, you can move and act normally, but all other creatures are frozen in time and cannot be affected or interacted with. You cannot cause direct harm to other creatures during this time.
Fast-Forward: Accelerate time for yourself, gaining the benefits of a short rest in an instant. However, doing so ages you by a number of days equal to 1d10.
After using this spell, you can't cast it again until you finish a long rest. Additionally, there's a cumulative 5% chance for each consecutive use (without a long rest in between) of an unintended temporal anomaly occurring, as determined by the DM.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the range of the temporal effect extends to an additional creature you can see within 30 feet for each slot level above 6th. This does not apply to the Fast-Forward effect unless you opt to take a level of exhaustion for each additional creature targeted.
