Description: With a deafening roar and a crackle of electric energy, you tear open the fabric of reality, summoning a draconic avatar of righteous fury from the storm-wracked clouds above. Choose a point within range that you can see. A swirling vortex of elemental fury erupts at that point, and from its depths rises a majestic creature of swirling clouds and crackling lightning. This draconic avatar, resembling a wyrm woven from thunder and storm, embodies the raw might of dragons and your potent draconic magic.
Elemental Terror: The draconic avatar possesses the following abilities:
Thunderous Presence: The avatar fills a 100-foot-radius sphere with crackling energy. Each creature within the sphere at the start of your turn must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 5d6 lightning damage and is pushed 10 feet away from the avatar. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not pushed.
Storm's Wrath: As an action on your turn, you can direct the avatar to unleash a blast of raw power. Choose a point within the sphere of its presence. Each creature within 30 feet of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 8d6 lightning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not knocked prone.
Aerial Might: The avatar can move freely throughout the sphere of its presence and can fly without being hindered by terrain.
Draconic Mastery: You command the draconic avatar with your will. You can:
Use your bonus action to move the avatar up to 60 feet within its sphere of presence.
Speak through the avatar as if you were in its space for 1 minute (a concentration spell).
Dismiss the avatar early by repeating the spell's vocal component.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage dice for both the Thunderous Presence and Storm's Wrath abilities increase by one die size for each slot level above 4th.
