  Duration: Up to 1 minute (concentration)
  Description: With a playful chuckle and a flick of your wrist, you unleash a wave of harmless, yet devilishly annoying, infernal mayhem. A shimmering aura of mischievous energy erupts around you, targeting creatures of your choice within range. Choose one of the following effects:
  Impish Itching: An intolerable itch crawls beneath the skin of each targeted creature. They have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks and Dexterity checks to avoid being grappled. As an action, a creature can attempt to stop the itch by making a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the effect ends for that creature.
  Flickering Flame: Tiny dancing flames ignite on random objects carried or worn by each targeted creature. These flames are harmless and do not cause damage, but they provide disadvantage on Charisma (Deception) checks and Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks. As an action, a creature can extinguish the flames on themself by dousing them with water or smothering them with cloth.
  Whispers of Gibberish: The voices of each targeted creature become replaced with babbling nonsense and nonsensical pronouncements. They can understand others but cannot speak clearly, their words twisted into gibberish. This effect has no mechanical penalty but provides ample opportunity for humorous roleplaying and chaotic situations. As an action, a creature can spend 1 Hit Point to end the effect for themself.
  At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the number of creatures you can target with the spell increases by 1 for each slot level above 3rd. Additionally, the duration of the Impish Itching and Flickering Flame effects increases by 1 minute for each slot level above 3rd.
