Roscoe Cottage
Small Cottage
Owned by the enigmatic Reynard Roscoe, this humble abode mirrors its master's intriguing quirks. With shuttered windows that guard whispered secrets and a garden that flourishes despite the odds, the cottage's bachelor-style room holds a cauldron that's seen countless brews of exotic teas. The dried fruits, like hanging jewels, tell tales of Roscoe's penchant for the sweet and the strange, while the cattle echo his sturdy, if not stubborn, approach to life. Here, in Low Town's embrace, Reynard's cottage stands as a bastion of simplicity with layers of character.Asking Prices | Rent: 2 sp/d | Buy: not for sale

Description: The house is a wooden simple building, with several shuttered windows and a small vegetable garden. It contains a single bachelor-style room with a bed and chest-of-drawers as well as a bookshelf with a few cups and a jar of tea leaves sitting on one of the shelves, as well as 3 wooden chairs. In one corner is an enclosed flame with a cauldron over the fire. A bunch of dried fruit hangs from the ceiling in long strands. A structure like an A-frame longhouse made of thatched timber rests behind the cottage and a couple cattle have taken over half the space in the makeshift stable, the other half filled with wooden mannequins that have seen better days. There is a hand carved and painted sign out back pointing to a row of fruit trees that says if you would like to get a break on rent and are staying for a week or longer talk to Reynard about chores for a discount.
