Soulforge Sigil is an enchantment spell that imbues a weapon with a fragment of the caster's soul, creating a profound and mystical bond between the weapon and its wielder. This spell is not a mere enhancement; it is a sacred rite, a forging of soul and steel that transcends the ordinary bounds of magic and craftsmanship.


As the caster lets a drop of their blood fall upon the weapon, it glows with an inner light, pulsating in rhythm with the caster's heartbeat. The weapon seems to awaken, its form subtly shifting to become a perfect extension of the caster's will. A sigil, unique to each caster, etches itself onto the weapon, marking the bond.


Soulbond Mechanism: The weapon becomes attuned to the caster, responding to their thoughts and movements with uncanny precision. The caster gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, as it becomes an extension of their being.


Mechanic: When used by the caster, the weapon deals an additional 1d6 damage of a type chosen at the time of casting (fire, cold, lightning, etc.). This additional damage represents the soul's energy channeled through the weapon.


Empathic Feedback: The bond between the caster and the weapon is so deep that they can sense each other's presence within a distance of one mile. If the weapon is separated from the caster, they can sense its direction and a vague sense of its condition (if it's damaged, being used, etc.).


At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration extends by 12 hours, and the bonus to attack and damage rolls increases by +1 for each slot level above 3rd.
