Starfire Descent calls forth a celestial inferno from the heavens, a manifestation of cosmic power and divine wrath.
Celestial Inferno: When you cast this spell, choose a point you can see within range. A column of starfire 60 feet in diameter descends from the sky to that point. Each creature in a 60-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 10d10 fire damage and 10d10 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Purification and Destruction: If the target is an undead or a fiend, it takes an extra 10d10 radiant damage. This damage repeats each round it begins it's turn within range of the light of the Heavenly Illumination aspect of this spell. If this damage reduces the creature to 0 hit points, it is disintegrated.
Heavenly Illumination: The area within the cylinder is brightly lit for the next minute. This light is considered sunlight and dispels any darkness in its area that was created by a spell.
Cosmic Revelation: If there are any celestial beings or objects concealed by magic within 500 feet radius of the area targeted by the spell, they are revealed for the duration of the light, and any illusions or shapechanging effects they are under are temporarily suspended.
Residual Starfire: The ground in the area becomes scorched earth, which is difficult terrain until the end of your next turn. Any unattended or freestanding wood and other burnable material items and buildings within the area catch fire.
