Backstory:

Uther Caelum Silverwind (though he didn't like going by Uther as a child) was born in the small village of Ora's Haven, deep in the heart of the forest of Lurien in the early days of the Great Orc Empire after the tensions from the Emancipation Wars were subsiding. His parents were both spellgifted, and from a young age, Caelum showed a natural talent for magic. He spent his childhood days exploring the woods with his friends, using his magic to create playful illusions and bring joy to those around him.

As he grew older, Caelum's magical savant abilities only grew stronger, and he became known as the "Spell Sage of Ora's Haven". The villagers would often come to him for help with minor enchantments and spells, and he was always happy to oblige. But despite his growing reputation and skills, Caelum remained humble and easygoing. He never boasted about his abilities and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

However, Caelum's peaceful life in Ora's Haven was soon disrupted by the arrival of a group of dark wizards. They sought to exploit the magical energies of the forest, and Caelum knew he had to act. He gathered a group of brave villagers and together, they were able to defeat the dark wizards and drive them away. But the experience left Caelum with a burning desire to protect his home and all those who lived in it. When a group of adventurers passing through Ora's Haven offered him a chance to put his skills to use in protecting the world, he eagerly accepted.

Personality:

Caelum is known for his distinctive appearance - standing at over seven feet tall with green skin, pointed ears, and long, dark hair. But it's not just his appearance that makes him stand out, it's his easygoing and friendly nature that draws people to him. He is always quick with a joke or a clever quip, and his wit often gets him out of sticky situations.

However, Caelum also has a serious side. He is honest and honorable, always standing up for what he believes is right. He is quick to defend the innocent and will never turn a blind eye to injustice. He also values knowledge and is always seeking to learn more about magic and the world around him.

Appearance:

He prefers simple clothing and can often be seen wearing a long green cloak and leather boots. Start of Character:

Caelum continued to travel with his group of adventurers, using his spellgifted abilities to protect the innocent and defeat evil wherever they went. He built strong friendships with his fellow travelers and cherished most the sense of camaraderie and purpose they brought into his life. He also continued to learn and grow in his magical abilities, always seeking new spells and enchantments to add to his arsenal. But he never forgot his roots in Ora's Haven and made sure to visit his hometown whenever he could, bringing joy and wonder to the villagers with his magical displays.

Then he Grew Up:

A new darkness emerged, and it was the kind of insidious that would corrupt the hearts and minds of those exposed to it over time. It was during the battles to free many nations from this dark curse that he became known as Uther the White Wizard. The exact details of how are not clear, the full story lost to time. But its said that it was during this time he created The Northern Gardens and the Gate of the North spell with the help of a dragon friend he'd made in his early adventuring days and a few druids one of his companions called on. This allowed them to save a large garden and forest from the expanding corruption they were facing. Once this was done, the area darkness was purged with holy fire for days on end, burning away all traces so the fire could rejuvenate the land and the plants from the Northern Garden could be used to help restore the land that had once been blighted.
