Veil of the Forgotten Cosmos

Veil of the Forgotten Cosmos 5th-level abjuration Casting Time: 1 action Range: Self (30-foot radius) Components: V, S, M (a shard of a mirror that has reflected a starry night sky) Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
By invoking the Veil of the Forgotten Cosmos, you wrap yourself and your allies in a shroud woven from the fabric of distant, uncharted realms. Upon casting, a shimmering, starlit barrier envelops a 30-foot radius centered on you, twisting reality to protect those within.
The veil grants you and your allies within its bounds resistance to psychic damage and advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Additionally, any creature that starts its turn within the veil or enters it for the first time on a turn must make an Intelligence saving throw.
On a failed save, a creature becomes disoriented by the cosmic panorama, suffering disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the start of its next turn. The disorienting effect of the veil represents a glimpse into the vast, incomprehensible expanses of the cosmos, overwhelming the minds of those unprepared.
As an action on your turn, you can expand or contract the radius of the veil by up to 10 feet, or move the center of the veil up to 15 feet in any direction, maintaining its protective and disorienting properties.
The spell's ethereal barrier is semi-transparent, adorned with the imagery of distant stars and nebulae, creating a mesmerizing spectacle that blurs the line between reality and the arcane unknown.
Classes: Cleric, Wizard, Sorcerer Subclasses: Arcana Domain Cleric, Celestial Warlock, Divination Wizard Source: Original Creation
Note: "Veil of the Forgotten Cosmos" is a potent defensive spell that not only shields allies from harm but also disorients foes, creating tactical advantages in combat. It is as much a manifestation of celestial mysteries as it is a protective measure, reflecting the awe-inspiring and often bewildering nature of the cosmos. This spell is particularly useful for casters who wish to safeguard their party while simultaneously disrupting enemy tactics.
