The commander of the Black legion, he fought in the War of Gods and was one of the defining factors in pushing the aberrations back. While being turned by the Old Gods put a black spot on his record, he was the first to overcome the power of the Old Gods through a matter of willpower alone. People even went so far as to say his mind was a strong as the black steel that made up his blade, thus the he earned the title "Black Steel". Others suggest this is also due to his merciless fighting style and cold hardheartedness.

Personal history

He was an elite warrior even before he was altered by the Old Gods to serve their evil purposes. Growing up as a kid his parents were both soldiers who died in the war. Viktor grew up in an orphanage, but hearing his parents stories he worked his life towards becoming the best warrior he could. As soon as he was old enough he joined the army and quickly went through the ranks.

Education

He went through combat training, and having been exposed to constant battle, he became a practical living weapon, training both his mind and body till both were nearly a empowered to a superhuman strength.

Employment

He began as a simple soldier in the army. After many successful battles he rose in the ranks until he was noticed by the Black Legion themselves. The Black Legion were the elite of the elite even in the days that Viktor lived.

Accomplishments & Achievements

He is an accomplished tactical commander even against the aberrations He overcame some of the most powerful senses of corruption in the world. His greatest accomplishment was orchestrating the Treaty of The Black. In this treaty he established the Black Legion as a permanent force whose purpose is purely to protect the life being held to the south of it, and as a part of that the Black Legion is allowed to enlist any who agree to join them. As a part of joining they are given immunity to all past crimes, but most who join will die in the joining process. Its said that he also helped design the plans for Black Heart Castle, a fortress larger then a city, with defenses upon defenses lining the walls and streets inside it.

Failures & Embarrassments

Falling to the Old Gods corruption was one of Viktor's greatest failings, and during this time he battled his own people many times

Morality & Philosophy

After he overcame the corruption he started working on discovering the limits of his will. He became the figure that The Marked would come to worship as their father figure and nearly a saint. He discovered that order was the factor by which a mind could attain all its greatest power.
