J3-12 Pedro`s Leather Shop

This building appears to be rather small from the street, as other buildings in the block hide most of it, as it gets wider back towards the center of the block. The front has a small shop from which Pedro Wangolin sells various leather goods. The building is made of fieldstone and mortar, with a wood shingled roof with a 4:12 pitch (15° slope) supported by a framework of heavy timbers.
The back of the building is comprised of Pedro’s living quarters and a full-scale leather working shop.
The upper floor is currently set up to be used as several small apartments, however he does not do anything with them, as access to them is only from within the shop, so they are in rough shape and with no furniture that is worth using. He sometimes talks with some of the locals about moving the stairs to the upper floor so that he can set up and rent out tenaments on this upper floor.
